This site is operated by Garbin Home Care (a unit of Fortune Packaging, Partnership Firm) from its registered address at No.16, 11th Street, Chennai- 600082, India.

Purpose of the site

The purpose of the site is to provide you with information about the business of Garbin Home Care, our products, the campaigns that we support and the activities we undertake and offer you shopping cart facilities to purchase our products online. You will need to note that other or additional terms of use will apply when you purchase products online.

Availability of the site

We have taken every care in the preparation of the site. However, as certain technical matters may be beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that you will have uninterrupted access to the site at all times.

Information on the site

The information on the site has been included in good faith for general informational purposes only. It should not be relied upon for any specific purpose and no representation or warranty is given as to its accuracy or completeness.

Product and service availability

Reference to any product or service on the site does not constitute an offer to sell or supply that product or service and does not mean that the product or service is available in all cities / countries.

Shipping

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Chennai, by pre-paid courier. Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order.

For domestic (metros & central district areas) – 4 – 7 days
For domestic (non-metros & out of city areas) – 7 – 14 days
For international – 14-21 business days.

Order deliveries will be made between 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday. Special delivery instructions will be conveyed to the courier companies. However, as we use 3rd party couriers, we may not have full control over the service level of the courier company.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc in the Shipping Instructions. Fortune takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person, if it is delivered to the address provided by the customer. Fortune is also not responsible for damage after delivery.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery. Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments. Free Shipping is offered for orders > Rs. 500. However, this limit is subject to change without advance notice.

Cancellation and Exchanges

Order cancellation

If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount. You will receive an email when your order is shipped out. To cancel an unshipped order, call our customer support at +91-44-42024187, Monday – Saturday between 10 am to 7 pm or email us on garbinsack@gmail.com.

Returns

garbinsack.com follows a transparent, no questions asked returns policy. You can return unopened and unused products you have ordered within 7 days of the date of receipt. Used products and personal care products cannot be returned. How do I return merchandise? To return unused merchandise, please get in touch with our customer support team and they will guide you through the returns process. The process will depend on your location and the category of the goods you wish to return. All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return authorization number and in unopened, saleable condition. Shipping / Postage for returns will not be refunded.

Refunds

Refunds are processed in a maximum of 7 days from the date on which we receive returned goods. A refund cheque will be deposited in your bank account. The cheque will be made in favour of the “billing name” you used when placing the order. Refund amount will be net of Shipping charges for Shipped or Delivered Orders.

Exchanges

It is our intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly exchange any full priced unopened merchandise that is returned within 7 days of the date of purchase. To exchange any item, please contact:- Customer Service on +91 -44 – 43515618 or by email garbinsack@gmail.com. All items for exchange must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, an exchange authorization number and in unopened, salable condition. Postage charges will not be adjusted. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products. We are not responsible for damage after delivery. Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed.

Short Supply Items / Expired Goods

Tampered packages should not be accepted from the delivery agency. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery. We will investigate complaints of short supply, expiry or damages and our customer support team will guide you through the replacement process.

Ownership of content on the site

Garbin Home Care is, unless otherwise stated, the owner of all copyright and database rights in the site and its contents. You may not publish, distribute, extract, re-utilise, or reproduce any part of the site in any material form (including photocopying or storing it in any medium by electronic means) other than in accordance with the limited use license set out in our copyright notice or as permitted by the Copyright Designs and Patents Regulations or any equivalent legislation as may apply in your country.

Trade marks

All brand, product and service names used in this site are the trade marks, trade names or service marks of Garbin Home Care, Garbin Sack, Snip,etc or Fortune Packaging unless otherwise stated. You may not market or distribute products or offer services under or by reference to or otherwise use or reproduce any such trade marks, trade names or service marks without the prior written permission of Garbin Home Care or the owner of such trademarks, trade names or service marks.
